Every Thursday (except 2/15!) from 9-10:15am join us for Rhythm & Motion!
The Rhythm & Motion workout fuses dance styles and eclectic music to create an invigorating, physically challenging and fun experience. Class begins with choreography to wake up the body. This thorough warm-up is followed by high-energy routines designed to increase stamina and strength. Class continues on the floor with abdominal strengthening and leg work to improve flexibility and muscular development. Each class ends with stretching and relaxation. Rhythm & Motion is a class full of groove! This class is for everyone! No experience necessary.
